Raw, Unpasteurized Honey – We offer our honey in 1KG, 500g, 250g jars at many retail locations and three farmers markets – see Where to Buy. Varieties and sizes available vary depending on location, with all products available at the Kingston Memorial Centre, Gananoque and Brockville farmers markets, including 3KG pails of wildflower honey.
Wildflower Honey – Our bees forage nectars from season flowers in our region, including maple, clovers, vetch and trefoil in spring and early-summer to basswood, sunflowers, goldenrod and asters from late-summer to early-fall. These nectars combine to make delicious golden honey, unique to the landscape around each of our beeyards.
Buckwheat Honey – Some farmers (usually organic) near some of our beeyards plant buckwheat to help add natural fertility to their soils. We time supering (putting on boxes of comb for the bees to fill) and harvesting near these fields to isolate and extract buckwheat honey – dark, flavourful and loved by many.
Creamed Wildflower Honey – Creamed with patience using our delicious wildflower honey to make it smooth and spreadable, perfect for toast, pastries and for making desserts.
Creamed Cinnamon Honey – Our creamed wildflower honey with organic Saigon cinnamon mixed in. Our recipes are smooth and not overpowering – the honey flavour shines through the yummy cinnamon.
Creamed Raspberry Honey – Our creamed wildflower honey with powdered freeze dried raspberries (seeds removed). Our recipes are smooth and not overpowering – the honey flavour shines through the tasty raspberry.
